Individual Counseling Services

Sessions are offered in person in Toronto and online across Ontario. I work with children, youth, and adults of all backgrounds, and I warmly welcome those who are navigating transitions, cultural complexity, intergenerational patterns, or a sense of feeling disconnected. 

I am a therapist-in-training and not currently a Registered Psychotherapist. All services are provided under clinical supervision of an RP.

Individual Counseling for Children

Children express themselves in many ways beyond words. Whether your child is feeling anxious, withdrawn, overwhelmed, or expressing in ways that are hard to understand, counseling can offer a safe and playful space for them to be seen, heard, and supported.

Through expressive arts, somatic approaches, and a relationship built on trust, I help children explore their inner world, build emotional resilience, and feel more connected to themselves and those around them. Caregiver collaboration is an important part of the process, and I work closely with families to support meaningful growth at home and in daily life.

Individual Counseling for Youth and Adults

You might be navigating stress, anxiety, grief, a life transition, or the lingering effects of past experiences. Maybe you’ve always been the one holding things together, and you’re ready for space where you don’t have to do it all alone.

Our work together begins with a gentle curiosity about what’s showing up for you. I integrate expressive arts, somatic practices, and relational therapy to support you in reconnecting with your inner knowing, your voice, and what matters most to you. Together, we create space to slow down, to feel, and to imagine new possibilities.

What to Expect

Step One: Free 15-min consultation

This is a chance for us to connect and see if it feels like a good fit. You’re welcome to ask questions, share about what’s bringing you in and your hopes, and get a sense of how I work. There’s no pressure to decide anything right away. This is simply a space to explore together.

Step Two: Receive ongoing support

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule a first session together. From there, we begin to build a relationship at your pace. I see you as the expert of your own experience, and I’m here as a companion, offering presence, curiosity, and care.

There’s no one right way to show up. All of you is welcome here. We’ll co-create a space that feels safe, supportive, and meaningful. 

We’ll also talk about the rhythm that feels right for you, whether that means meeting weekly, bi-weekly, or at another pace. Together, we’ll shape the frequency and duration of counseling in a way that supports you feeling grounded and cared for along the way.
