Group Counseling Services

Sometimes, healing happens not just in being seen, but in seeing others too. Group counseling can offer a different kind of space, one where connection, shared understanding, and creative expression can support your journey in new ways.

Art Group for Children

Expressive arts groups for children offer a safe and supportive space where young people can explore their inner world through creative modalities like visual art, music, movement, drama, and etc. These groups are designed especially for children who may be going through challenges, whether emotional, social, or situational, and aim to support them in expressing themselves, processing emotions, and building healthy coping skills. Through playful and imaginative activities, children also have opportunities to develop emotional regulation and strengthen their social and relational abilities.

Before joining the group, each child and their parent or caregiver is invited to an initial intake session. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, to understand their unique strengths and needs, and go over important information like informed consent and the limits of confidentiality, ensuring the group experience is both supportive and grounded in safety and trust.
